Tonkotsu ramen with grilled pork...mmmmm.... Toppings include bamboo, seaweed, pickled ginger and sesame seeds. Words can not begin to explain how good this is!

Puff Pizzas are a great way to use up those leftover fridge ingredients. They are simple and easy to make and best of all, they taste fantastic!


3.1.2011: A quick and easy dinner

Zuru Soba which are Japanese cold noodles are perfect for a hot Summer's day. The dish is light, quick and very easy to prepare.


2.1.2011: What's in the oven?

Kangaroo Pie! We've previously made emu pies and they were delicious. As it was rather difficult to source emu today at such short notice, we've decided to try Kangaroo meat instead. Stay tuned for the final result.

Tonight we are focusing on using our festive leftovers by making Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls, BBQ Pork Fried Rice and Roasted Spatchcock. Leftovers no longer need to be boring! Our fab ideas for leftovers will be featured in our upcoming blogs.
